Almost everyone today has some stomach issue...Acidity, Gas, Bloating, Reflux, Burning,“Heaviness after meals.”


And almost everyone has been told the same thing:

“It’s the food.” So we change oils. Remove spices. Avoid coffee. Quit dairy. Blame tomatoes.

Avoid curd at night.....And yet… the problem stays as before.

1. Eating speed-

Fast eating = air swallowing + poor enzyme signalling

Result: gas, bloating, reflux


2. Eating Posture--

Hunched. Slouched. Compressed abdomen.

Result: mechanical reflux and delayed emptying.


3. Timing- Late dinners + tired nervous system

Result: acid at night, poor sleep, morning heaviness.


4. Unresolved anxiety-

Chronic worry keeps the gut in fight-or-flight

Result: acid secretion without coordination.


5. Suppressed emotions-

The gut is an emotional organ.

What isn’t expressed often gets digested badly.

Antacids suppress acid.

They calm symptoms temporarily.

But they don’t teach the nervous system how to switch off survival mode.

For one week:- eat sitting down, no screens, chew slowly, pause twice during the meal, and finish dinner at least 3 hours before sleep.
