The same alarm rang loudly.

Same body stiffness and slackness.

Same quiet irritation with life. Same sense of something not right in Life...


And suddenly, a line from school floated up — uninvited, sharp, unsettling:


Every object stays at rest or in uniform motion, unless acted upon by an external force.
